Ingredients for one cocktail
| 60 ml | Bourbon |
|---|---|
| 15 ml | Simple syrup |
| 8-10 | Fresh mint leaves |
| Crushed ice |
Preparation
What you need:
Muddler, Julep cup or rocks glass
Step 1
Gently muddle mint leaves with simple syrup in the bottom of the julep cup
Step 2
Add crushed ice and bourbon
Step 3
Stir until the cup becomes frosty on the outside
Step 4
Garnish with a mint sprig and serve with a short straw
