What you need:
Shaker
Step 1
Add blended Scotch, lemon juice, and honey-ginger syrup to a shaker with ice
Step 2
Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice
Step 3
Float Islay Scotch on top
Step 4
Garnish with a lemon twist
