Ingredients for one cocktail
| 45 ml | Gin |
|---|---|
| 15 ml | Lime juice |
| 15 ml | Lemon juice |
| 30 ml | Simple syrup |
| 60 ml | Cream |
| 1 | Egg white |
| 2 dashes | Orange flower water |
| Soda | To top |
Preparation
What you need:
Shaker, Strainer
Step 1
Add all ingredients except soda to a shaker
Step 2
Dry shake (shake without ice) vigorously
Step 3
Add ice and shake again until well chilled
Step 4
Strain into a highball glass without ice
Step 5
Top with a splash of soda
