Ingredients for one cocktail
| 60 ml | Rye Whiskey |

| 1 sugar cube | Sugar |
| 2-3 dashes | Peychaud's Bitters |
| 1 dash | Absinthe |
Preparation
What you need:
Stirrer, Jigger
Step 1
Rinse an Old Fashioned glass with absinthe and discard the excess
Step 2
Muddle the sugar cube and bitters together in another glass
Step 3
Add rye whiskey and stir
Step 4
Strain into the prepared Old Fashioned glass
Step 5
Garnish with a lemon twist
