Trinidad Sour
An unusually bold cocktail that uses Angostura bitters as the primary spirit, balanced with orgeat syrup and lemon juice.

30 ml
Angostura bitters
30 ml
Orgeat syrup
22.5 ml
Fresh lemon juice
15 ml
Rye whiskey
Preparation
What you need:
Shaker, Strainer
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
Step 2
Shake vigorously until well-chilled
Step 3
Strain into a chilled coupe glass
Step 4
No garnish is needed, but a lemon twist can be added
